Independent Chef Wanted! 🍽️

Are you our new colleague? In the bustling heart of Amsterdam, you will find Noori Fusion – a restaurant where worldly flavours come together and guests are surprised every day with colourful dishes.

For us, it’s not just about cooking, but about experience, creativity and conviviality. We are looking for two independent chefs to join us in taking our kitchen to the next level.

Whether you already have a lot of experience or are just starting your career, with us you will have the opportunity to develop yourself, learn to make new dishes and really help build a popular hotspot in Amsterdam.

What are you going to do?

  • Preparing dishes according to recipes and schedules, with an eye for taste and presentation.
  • Ensuring hygiene and food safety (HACCP and health and safety regulations).
  • Managing and supporting kitchen assistants.
  • Managing stock, placing orders and checking deliveries.
  • Storing products correctly (FIFO) and paying attention to shelf life.
  • Keeping the workplace and equipment clean and solving minor problems independently.
  • Contributing ideas for new dishes and improvements in the kitchen.

Who are you?

  • Qualified chef with at least MBO level 3 qualifications.
  • Independent, responsible and a real team player.
  • Keen eye for hygiene and quality.
  • Enthusiastic about working together in a close-knit team.

What do we offer?

  • Salary starting at €2,495 gross per month (based on 38 hours, hospitality industry collective labour agreement).
  • Full-time employment of 38 hours per week.
  • Guidance from an experienced kitchen team to quickly familiarise yourself with our working methods.
  • Meals during your shift.
